DISKO JA KUOLEMA (DISCO AND DEATH) is a visual concert where musicians will move according to the
choreography at the stage. In the performance we use light and theatrical haze effects. Occasionally there
will be very dark at the stage, where the performers move among technical equipment and props. The 8th
performer is a ballet dancer with contemporary approach.
The rehearsals and performances will take place at Cultural Center Villa Rana in Jyv\u00e4skyl\u00e4. We are primarily seeking for musicians from Jyv\u00e4skyl\u00e4 or the surrounding areas. Travel expenses will be reimbursed by the project.
Work languages are Finnish and English. Unfortunately, the project can not provide an interpreter for the
Ukrainian language.
Part of the music has been composed for DISKO JA KUOLEMA (composer Pekka Huttunen), and part are
cover songs. There will be 10-15 pieces of music in total. In the performances all songs will be played
